AboutFormMeta.

FormMeta is an open source tool that allows you to easily convert Google Forms into custom UI forms, while also providing additional features that enhance their functionality. With FormMeta, you can take your basic Google Form to the next level, providing your users with a more intuitive and professional experience.

Using FormMeta, you can easily create custom UI elements, like dropdown menus, checkboxes, and radio buttons, and use them in place of Google's standard form fields. Additionally, you can add custom styling to your form to make it stand out and match your brand's colors and visual identity.

But that's not all! FormMeta also includes features like validation, custom error messages, and progress tracking, all of which can help you create a more robust and user-friendly form. And because it's open source and easy to use, you can customize and modify the tool to fit your specific needs, whether you're a developer or not.

One of the unique features of FormMeta is that it allows you to create forms for static web pages without requiring a backend server to store form values. This means that you can easily create forms for your website or blog, without having to worry about setting up a complicated backend system. FormMeta stores form submissions in a Google form itself, making it easy to integrate with your existing front-end workflow.

One of the great benefits of using FormMeta is that, because it doesn't require a backend server to store form values, you can host your forms anywhere you want, including on a static web page. For example, you can easily host your form on GitHub Pages, a free hosting service provided by GitHub. This means that you can have a fully functional form on your website or blog, without having to worry about setting up a backend server or paying for hosting.
